The City of Cameron has contracted Martinez Backhoe Service to replace a sewer line on E. 6th St.  This work will be taking place from 502 to 707 E. 6th, along the north side of the street.  Approximately 980 linear feet of pipe and two manholes will be replaced as part of this project.  No interruption of wastewater service is expected.  This work is occurring during the month of April and is expected to take two to three weeks to complete.  During this time, we ask that you please do not park on the north side of the previously mentioned portion of E. 6th St.  Also, for residents that live on the north side of this portion of E. 6th St. (even addresses), access to your driveway may be temporarily blocked off.  Attempts will be made to restore driveway access by the end of the day each day.  We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.  Please contact City Hall during business hours with any questions.
